Monday should not remain a dreaded day of the week. Think of it as a new beginning or time to implement change on the job, in relationships or even life. For example, on Monday I awake with two goals in mind:

Bridge the Gap: Avoid being absorbed in a mindless routine; recommend a new initiative. Perhaps your office has considered a similar idea but required assistance with its execution. If you are familiar with the organizational culture, you know what works. Write a brief proposal and present it to your team. Your plan can be as simple as suggesting a new format or enhancing the communication process while eliminating redundancy.
